This Saturday we’ll be starting work on the video which will be a central part of our on-line crowdfunding campaign.
The first scene to be shot is a “war room” shot, of a group of Republic Now members working on the campaign around a table. The concluding appeal for support, delivered by me, is to be made against this setting, so it is quite important.
To pull it off, we need approximately six to twelve individuals to arrange around the table, as if busy with the operational details of the campaign, emphasizing that a wide range of Canadians want a change to a more modern, democratic office of head of state.
Please come out and help us ensure that we have enough people in the shot to make the scene convincing and credible!
The “war room” video shoot will be taking place on Saturday, Dec. 5, at Metro Hall, Room 310, starting at 10:30 am. I anticipate that the shot will be completed in less than an hour and a half. Coffee and refreshments will be served.
Please recognize that by appearing in the video segment you are acknowledging that you know how the shot will be used and are granting the appropriate permissions.
Hope to see you on Saturday!
